FAQ
Why go through EV Gulf instead of an independent import site?
One party is accountable for the whole file (sourcing + inspection + registration) under a written agreement — instead of you coordinating a separate importer, inspector and registration office yourself and carrying all the risk alone.
What does the pre-shipment inspection cover?
VIN verification, battery health, charging-port match to the CCS2 standard, phone-app activation, software (OTA) status, and Arabic-language support if available — all documented on video before final payment.
Who backs the car after handover?
The warranty is written into the contract before payment and clearly states who covers battery, parts and labour — nothing beyond what's in writing.
How long does the process take?
Typically 6–10 weeks from confirmed order to registered handover, depending on factory availability and your country's procedures — we update you at every stage.
