Available in three variants priced between 319,800 and 389,800 yuan, the sedan offers single-motor and tri-motor all-wheel-drive powertrain options.
The Z9S is classified as a mid-to-large sedan positioned as a more compact alternative to the Denza Z9 flagship. Pre-sales commenced on August 3, 2026, spanning three variants: a base model at 319,800 yuan with a 102.326 kWh battery delivering 920 kilometres range, a flagship version at 349,800 yuan featuring a 122.496 kWh battery achieving 1,100 kilometres, and an e3 edition priced at 389,800 yuan with a 102.326 kWh battery rated for 780 kilometres.
Design highlights include split-section headlights, a full-width front panel, and roof-mounted LiDAR sensor integration. Dimensions span 5,090 mm in length, 1,980 mm in width, and 1,490 mm in height with a 3,025 mm wheelbase. The interior incorporates 44 dedicated storage compartments, a 470-litre expandable trunk, 120-litre front storage capacity, and premium Nappa leather seating with suede headliners throughout.
The Z9S integrates Denza's God's Eye B intelligent driving system supporting urban and highway navigation assistance alongside comprehensive automated parking functionality. The single-motor configuration produces 370 kW (496 hp) output, whilst the tri-motor all-wheel-drive variant generates combined 890 kW output enabling 0-100 km/h acceleration in 2.68 seconds.
Equipped with BYD's second-generation Blade Battery, the vehicle supports ultra-rapid charging capabilities advancing from 10% to 70% capacity in 5 minutes and reaching 97% within 9 minutes total. Standard across all variants is independent rear-wheel steering up to 5 degrees directional range, achieving a minimum turning radius of 4.75 metres and enabling crab-walk functionality.
